Effective January 1, 2022, Aetra Air Jakarta ('”Aetra'') has eliminated Spot Bills/Receipts. This Billing Sheet is usually received by the customer after the meter reading officer performs the process of recording the water meter at the customer's house.
However, the activity of recording the water meter by the meter reading officer is still carried out as usual. Henceforth, information on the number of cubications of water usage and the cost of billing for the use of water can be obtained through the Aetra customer communication channel at:
